The Holly House maintains a strict no-refunds policy. All purchases made at our location are final, including retail items, handmade items, crafting sessions, workshops, classes, memberships, and event registrations.
All retail merchandise and handmade items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange once purchased.
Payments for crafting sessions, workshops, classes and private events are nonrefundable, whether purchased in advance or at the time of the session.
Membership fees and related benefits are nonrefundable once the membership has been purchased or activated.
While all sales are final, customers may submit a refund request along with proof of purchase for review. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval — all decisions are made at The Holly House's sole discretion.
